New member introduction
Gentleman,
it is with great pleasure that I wish to introduce myself on this forum as I have been an horology enthusiast for over a decade.
My number one passion have always been cars, but right behind them horology was and remains my everlasting passion.
As you already know I am posting this thread in the Jaeger-leCoultre forum as the JLC manufacture is the one I consider to be the best in the industry, and I find their heritage, values and watchmaking approach of the highest personal interest and emotional connection.
This feeling is further developed by the fact that the automotive manufacturer I have always loved most is Aston Martin and I have been a member of the Aston Martin Owners Club for over a year now. Therefore, my favorite line of watches is the AMVOX, of which undoubtedly the AMVOX3 Tourbillon GMT sits at the very top, and behind it I would select the AMVOX2 Racing PBE as my favorite watch.
I have to extend my utmost gratitude to the members here who have posted phenomenal pictures of these watches and reports from various events which kept me awake for many hours during the past day or two as I went through researching the JLC forum. From this I can conclude that this is by far the most accomplished JLC forum on the internet and that the members here are true connoisseurs of the brand. Again, I thank these members wholeheartedly (Nicolas, Shashi and the rest) and hope to communicate with you for a very long time to come.
On a side note, I live in Los Angeles but have not yet visited the JLC Boutique in Beverly Hills and I hope that I will have the opportunity to do so in the near future alongside fellow PuristS members, especially if there is a collaborative event between JLC and Aston Martin. I know several members of the Aston Martin North America team as I have attended numerous AMOC events and have had the pleasure of speaking with them on numerous Aston Martin related topics.
