Complications watches are…

…complex. And the more complex these are the more parts and the more can go wrong and the more the expense to fix. Now, I wonder, was the watch guarantee expired already ? The repairs associated with a screw which unscrews or breaks whilst the watch is under guarantee should be covered free of charge. If any incorrect operation manipulation could result to such screw getting loose or breaking then it should be clearly stated within the manual. Failing such transparent warning the guarantee should cover the repairs. Now if the watch was not anymore under guarantee then we are on our own if anything happens to it whether it was visually checked by the boutique watchmaker or not… And we must always remember than an expensive and complicated luxury watch service will always be expensive. It’s similar with luxury cars which services, parts and repairs are always costly no matter what.

In any case, it is a beautiful watch, it has now been completely rebuilt hence it should be under guarantee again like a new watch thus my advice to you is to take your revenge against adversity and enjoy it without any moderation !
