According to www.jaeger-lecoultre.com and the official "Jaeger-LeCoultre" Facebook group, Catherine Rénier will present "the most complicated timepiece ever presented" in the Reverso collection on Wednesday 7th April at midday UTC (2pm CET). I'm guessing it will be live-streamed as a Facebook Event.

Interesting
playing with the exposure on the pic reveals a dial with a jumping hour display and travelling pointer rather than a hand. All sorts of detail towards the bottom of the dial makes me wonder if it's a sonnerie rather than repeater
The first teaser video ("Expertise") appears to show a couple of hammers, I think?

It will take some doing to be more complicated than the Tryptique
which as well as this one's perpetual calendar and tourbillon also had the equation of time,sky map, sunrise and sunset, zodiac calendar
Reverso is an archetype of watch design. Fortunately, it is in the hands of a company with the technical skills to explore all its possibilities.
* But I am still waiting for my grail reverso: hours/minutes/seconds on the obverse and two-handed alarm/date on the reverse.
Complicated is nice, but sometimes sweet simplicity is just as good!
As everyone knows, I like minute repeaters, fancy chronographs, grand sonneries, and sometimes tourbillons. But sometimes a simple watch is the one you grab. It's easier to set the time!
I assume there will be something for simple folk

I really like this brand to which I am very attached emotionally. The Reverso Hybris seems to be fantastic, ingenious and poetic. However, only 5 or 10 may be produced. Apart from its price, it will probably be pre-sold and therefore inaccessible. Moreove...

Less soporific? Yes please!
But retain the JLC elegance too. I adore the coloured sunburst dials of the Reverso Tributes and the Polaris blues. More sector dials, gradients, enamel, guilloche, meteorite, and MOP please. Goodness knows, JLC has the skills.
