These are mechanical timepieces, with many parts hand made, decorated, etc. Did you contact your AD and hand it to them? To me, that is a logical next step.
bought this brand new three weeks ago. Thought it will make a good daily beater. That dial just doesn't look right to me. Two emails and a week later, yet to hear back from the manufacturer. Perhaps they won't joking when they said "don't call us..." 😅 ...
I emailed to Moser's only contact account on their site. I am not privileged to have Mr Meylan's contact info. They AD claimed to be waiting to hear from Moser too.
If you didn’t post on other forums, it seems at least one other person has had an identical issue with the fume having more grey being splotchy too. I think that person got the AD to accept the return for full refund or credit.
Seems like you said several weeks ago. Was their policy like 7 or 14 days? That sucks and sorry to hear, but I would guess that it might be the amount of time that is working against you with the AD.
even though I feel that this should be covered under warranty, to save the hassle, I emailed H Moser to inquire about the cost of replacing the dial and the process. I am willing to pay for the fix myself but I guess they are too busy to respond.

That’s an odd one. Please let us know how this gets resolved. Your AD’s response is very poor in my opinion. I would not be giving them and business and furthermore I would make sure Moser knows about their lack of helpfulness too.
