I am a firm believer

that watch purchases should be carefully researched and not rushed. For example it took me six years to decide to order a RW Smith, four years of deliberation before ordering a Lang and Heyne and three years before ordering a Frodsham.  So for me impulse purchases are rare and quite outside my comfort zone. And when they do happen like the Kudoke 2, it can be quite overwhelming.  I used to try my luck at ordering Ming\and Kurono watches but the experiences have not been pleasant and quite stressful irrespective of whether I am successful or unsuccessful in my attempt.

The acquisition of a watch should always be a pleasant experience and it is never for me about the watch itself but the entire process of acquiring the watch.  For this I must commend SJX again for demonstrating that good customer service still prevails in this part of the world, something many of us may have been missing.
