H. Moser & Cie Streamliner Small Seconds Blue Enamel

Nov 17, 2023,00:46 AM

Moser has released its latest Streamliner:

Although at first glance, you may think this is just another update of the dial and the addition of the small seconds rather than the central seconds, they also managed to reduce the stainless steel case size to 39mm and the thickness (including sapphire crystal) to 10.9mm:

Visually, we have this awe-inspiring “Aqua Blue” fumé Grand Feu enamel dial:

Perhaps the most significant change is their new micro-rotor movement, the HMC 500:

The HMC 500 operates at 21,600vph with a 74-hour power reserve. Not only is this their smallest movement (30mm x 4.5mm), but it’s also their first micro-rotor movement with the micro-rotor executed in platinum:

This is not limited edition and is part of the permanent collection. However, it may still fall under the “unobtanium” category, especially when you consider this will retail for CHF 29,900!

Unfortunately there were so many people crowded around this watch at Dubai Watch Week that it was not possible to get a good wrist shot. Will follow up and get one!

Cool! Looking forward to it

Gorgeous and waterproof!

Moser designs and dials are instantly recognizable and punch above their weight 💪🏽

It’s interesting and impressive that they’ve sized this at 39mm, a sweet spot for many. I’m just thankful that they didn’t make this with their purple haze dial, otherwise I’d have a hard time resisting.

Cool, because I KNOW two others who will buy one when purple is released. 👍

PS: Purple dial and rose gold could be epic, but then I'd kinda be priced out Hmmm... purple dial with a 'grey-ish' case/bracelet that matches the movement? Hmmmm... (‾◡◝)

Its only a bit smaller and thinner . Love the dial structure and color

Great update to the Streamliner

Really like the size and the enamel is to die for! That being said, anyone else wish they hadn't done the small seconds and just had the full enamel?

Personally, I like the small seconds. Perhaps, future iterations . . .

Will not only include different dial colors, but also central and small seconds variations!🤷

Something borrowed, something blue as they say…

Appreciated being able to try it on. A nice event if you are in Dubai over the next few days ...

First time I’ve been able to do anything watch related for months 🙄 Hopefully I’ll have more time soon to contribute 👊

Here's that photo I promised!

Okay, yesterday, I finally tried on this beautiful watch at Dubai Watch Week and I have to say it is tremendous! Wonderful! Bravo! And I like how there's no branding. Seriously, lack of branding is so good. ...

You're welcome!

The salmon dial one has a hidden branding that you can see in oblique light. But this one is completely nonexistent!
