… but it’s not high gloss on the bezel, more of a satin finish. High gloss on the rim and the integral bracelet (hence the name of the watch). Really loving it. I’ve owned number of Hublots over the years but this one is by far the most understated. I do like loud pieces also in my collection and they make those about the best.

At the heart of the Big Bang Unico Essential Grey beats the manufacture HUB1280 calibre, a “simple” column-wheel chronograph movement, not a Rattrapante. The case size is 42 mm.

Just my humble opinion, but I think it is awesome. There is room in any collection for a watch like this - as long as it suits your tastes! I think history will be kinder to Hublot than watch enthusiasts currently are.

No, I didn’t change the strap. It’s the same ridged rubber strap that was on the watch when it was delivered. Included in delivery there’s also a silvery fabric and Velcro strap that almost looks like a Milanese bracelet. I haven’t tried it yet. Cordially...
