I think he is very ok. He just tried to find an explanation when I asked about the quality assurance for watches leaving the manufacturer. He meant that normally a watch with this kind of deviation would not leave the manufacturer.

He also suggested that the watch might be magnetized. We could rule that out straight away because I have a device at home and had already tried to demagnetize the watch myself to be on the safe side.

No matter what the reason is. I have a very good feeling that the watch is in good hands now.
And I'll have it back soon.

Of course it's not nice if you have to bring a watch to the watchmaker so soon after purchase.
I'm much more relaxed now when it comes to the accuracy of a watch.
And I also thought about whether I shouldn't just wear it like that.

But then it was too much for me. And the joy of this beautiful piece should be undisturbed.
