Horological Meandering

Well, PP

I was initially very intrigued by this one, too.  I played with one for quite a while once as well.  It is definitely a very interesting piece, but seems to me more of a novelty than one I would want to have unless mine was to be part of a large collection.  For some reason, I always compare this one to the JLC Duometre, and the Duo always wins out in my head.

Isn't one of th issues also that 1/100th of a second is an unrealistic time measurement for a chronograph because it takes a human hand longer than that just to activate or deactivate the chronograph, making such a miniscule time laspe pretty much useless for a mechanical wrist watch?  Maybe I am missing something here, but that again makes this seem more like a novelty piece.

But it sure lools good and is very interesting in theory if not in practice.

Best,
