Even though the design language is still very much FC. That is probably what makes it a great collab - both sides are shown, and everything is still very unified.

Yes, the Speake-Marin is property of his former company, Speake-Marin SA.
He cannot contractually use his own name on a watch. He sold the rights with his old firm. I’m not sure the Naked Watchmaker has the same cache nor name recognition.
