I would say kudos for the effort and audacity
But the honest truth is, an icon/legend needs no reintroduction or modification. Any alteration would have to come from the company (PP) itself to make sense.

I’ve seen some spectacular modifications by Artisans De Geneve, where their work enhances a particular piece.
But with this one, “a solution in search of a problem” comes to mind.

I understand that, but the placement throws off the entire balance of the face...

Looking at the macros on their website, the finishing looks quite nice, better than what you'd get from Patek.
I'm all for it! I do agree that this would be better with the original bezel though.
