previously owned:

1. rolex datejust 36mm, black dial with roulette date 116234

2. SBGK005 elegance collection

No issue with accuracy for both, but I much prefer the manual winding experience of the grand seiko

Build quality equally great, I'd argue the GS that I had is more wearable due to its slimmer profile

Sold both, because I found myself wearing them only during weekend. They are both "too shiny" (zuratsu finish) to wear to the office hahah

Several models of the Datejust and only one of GS... SBGR321. I love the Datejust 36mm... The GS was very nice but my only gripe was the thickness. I felt it was too thick for a basic watch with only a date complication. 13.5mm i think it was....a full 2m...

I have both and am hardly alone in that regard, here on our forum.
