Horological Meandering

If the watch is stationary and in vacuum - impossible.

Sorry for being lazy but will just quote Wikipedia

Perpetual motion is the motion of bodies that continues forever in an unperturbed system. A perpetual motion machine is a hypothetical machine that can do work infinitely without an external energy source. This kind of machine is impossible, as it would violate either the first or second law of thermodynamics, or both.[2][3][4][5]

If the watch is not stationary there are of course automatic movements that utilize gravity and making them as efficient as possible is an interesting challenge.

The Atmos solution is ingenious and works for stationary clocks but I can't imagine it being feasible in a wrist watch.
