I would probably go with the FPJ platinum split
This is clearly a case where there is no wrong choice as they are all amazing watches. The new resonance seems like an improvement on an already incredible watch and is definitely on my wishlist. But since you already have a resonance the all platinum split would be adding a beautiful watch with an exquisite movement

The Maxi Chrono is a great piece but I fear it could be a delicate piece. I'm not a fan of the third one while the new Resonance looks amazing. I haven't seen it in the metal however. Fx

I think the best strategy would be to pick up the De Bethune on the way to the Journe Boutique to buy the Resonance and Monopoussoir.
I know that wasn't helpful, but I don't think you should automatically rule out getting all three
