I should have begun by responding to your article as it was intended, rather than jumping to my own account.

 

I generally agree that some online postings can be slapdash. They can certainly give rise to questions about the consistent application of quality controls.

It would be worth speaking with a C24 rep to ask about their experts (I haven’t seen C24 say much about it apart from a general article in their magazine about their new role as a direct buyer/seller.). Who are these experts? Where are they? What are their credentials? What is their formal relationship to C24? Preferably i would like to hear the main man talk about it directly. This new buyer/seller role is a direct response to eBay’s authentication process.

Anyway, as a cautionary tale and a work of guidance, I can’t fault the article. Thank you so much for taking the time to pen it for us.
