Horological Meandering

hehe, gives a wicked feeling, like sleeping with your socks on ...

Regarding myself: I never ever take off my watch at night. I am very short-sighted, and would be unable to see the bedside alarm clock's display when waking up in the middle of the night. Aside that, these mdoern LCD clocks do not even have a permanent illumination, so I would have to desperately tap around, searching for the appropriate button.

As a consequence, a good luminence of the wristwatch hands is a conditio sine qua non for me, and with a single exception all my watches can be read at night, when I hold it close to my eyes.

Regards,
Marcus
