240g does not surprise me for your 5131P.
I do remember weighing my Omega Speedmaster Pro (sapphire version), with the bracelet (minus a few links), and it weighed the same as the 5960P with its strap (145g approx). ...
I used to own the Deepsea, and have to admit its size did mask its weight.

The Deepsea was too large for my wrist, and still upset over not buying the Hulk at the time (which my AD was trying to convince me suited my wrist more...🙈). The IWC hardly ever got any wrist time (after the second month), and the Reverso was too conspic...

For weight….
The Rolex Daytona platinum with the platinum strap weighed a ton on the wrist. Loved the watch and the dial color, but the watch was uncomfortably heavy.
Wow!!! Did not think that would be this heavy!
