To me what always comes first is lifestyle suitability factor. How much wristtime would a piece get. That to me is an evolving process as lifestyles tend to change as we (like a quality red wine) mature as the years go by.

A watch I personally find appealing is the new oysterflex Daytona in gold. Either variety would work for me but the yellow gold sings to me despite me not generally being a colored metal person.
