A very special place...
I came across thePurists web site late one evening many years ago, not even sure when it was, regarding wine, and stumbled onto the WFED forum.
From here I contacted Thomas in regards to a particular wine and the rest as the saying goes is history.
I fairly quickly realized that the caliber and high quality of the participants made this website stand out from the crowd the more I got involved. Some of my dearest friends started out with unusual names online, only to find in person that they were of a similar ilk and that we had many aspects of life in common.
I have learnt an awful lot over the years, looked at many stunning pictures and read much that was very well written. A huge plus in my life.
Thanks must go to Thomas for starting it all and the other mods who have helped perpetuate it and now we have emerged into the current PuristsPro format with stunning results.
