Many sports greats like to collect different watches, even worn watches during competition. Which watch worn by sports greats made you impressed? For me, Richard Mille worn by Rafael Nadal definitely, as this is one of the world’s lightest tourbillon. So that players can wear a watch that is as light as possible while playing matches.

I’m honestly unimpressed by any ‘greats’ sponsoring watches, or at least the watches that I would buy…Patek’s no-ambassador philosophy is the winner here (basically, you buy a Patek in order to look like…yourself, not someone else! ;-)

To be honest I don’t follow football, but that was pretty interesting when it became public! ;-)) I guess certain brands also lend themselves more naturally to collaborations (e.g., RM also as a form of technical demonstration)…
