This is TOXIC to collectors and our reputation - seriously...
When a brand sees fit to manufacture a watch with such blatant disregard to good taste and even by their own words - preposterous - and at such prices, it makes all watch collectors look ridiculous when non-collectors sees and hears about such watches.
There is strong guilt by association and as a forum of collectors with worldwide representation, we should put up an online petition to state that collectors here, are standing up to say enough is enough and that the watches from this brand and its own "Astonishing Collection" represents values that are not supported by this forum.
Maybe Bill or one of the technical guys here can create a double poll to see how many collectors here like the watches/brand and how many dislike/detest it. It would be of course controvesial (in some degree playing to the marketing people at the brand) but it would/should clarify to the world where collectors stand on it.
