I concede that there is a "grave-robbing" element present here.
However, having followed John's link to the website, I find that I actually really like these watches. There is a lot of humour in RJ's current range, and if someone wants to part with a huge amount of dough to become the willing butt of their joke, that's fine by me.
It's a little bit like paying good money for front-row seats to a Dame Edna Everage show, in the knowledge that you will probably be singled out for a vicious public humiliation at some point.
And the LE Cabestans are simply gorgeous. I'm sure that Vianney himself would approve of these pre-antiqued iterations of his steam-punk design ethos.
