Patek Ref 96, classic Calatrava aesthetics Movement from 6119 37mm case (or as small as movement allows) Enamel dial New bracelet from ellipse YG I have no clue why Patek does not do this.

Me neither.

That first one would be so EASY for them and such a delight to their fans, not doing it almost seems like perversity on Patek's part.

There are so many great watches that...

...would be killer if thinner.

My wishes are :

1. JLC memovox in 36-38 mm. No limited edition BS. 2. Breguet Marine in steel bracelet 3. Rolex millgaus in 36-38 mm, with combination of brushed and polished finish. 4. VC overseas 37 mm in steel 5. GP reissued Gyrodate in 36-38 mm. 6. Rolex yacthmaster ...

Didn't Rolex did it in 37 mm?

 By: amanico : May 24th, 2024-05:10
...

The previous generation Breguet Marine did come with a steel bracelet and can be found.

 By: Spangles - Dr. Tabby : May 24th, 2024-12:35
The current one in titanium can come on a bracelet as well.

Daytona on jubilee.

 By: gary_g : May 24th, 2024-01:11
That would break the internet.

What? Like this 😜

O M G

I made peace with it unlikely to happen

 By: m1ti : May 24th, 2024-06:22
And for self-comforting sake I did some photoshop and it doesn't look good with the current off-axis chrono movements which ruins the symmetry required for sector dials.

What I had in mind...

A 42mm version of the Breitling Emergency with the latest frequency.

 By: enjoythemusic : May 24th, 2024-01:28
i know that's probably a very UNsexy choice, yet i'd really like one for when traveling.

That would be so cool

 By: SALMANPK : May 24th, 2024-11:53

VC traditionelle small seconds in platinum with salmon or green dial

 By: TeutonicCarFan : May 24th, 2024-01:30
Or guilloche pattern (unsure color)

Same…. But

 By: E in PA : May 24th, 2024-01:47
37mm. Black dial gilt guilloche… blue railroad and blued steel hour markers and blues steel sword dial with a second travel time sword in platinum. Outer Case is also blasted finish - or brushed.

This seems so doable, but they tease us with a rose gold version or the platinum version with the tourbillon.

 By: ArmisT : May 24th, 2024-03:19
I wouldn’t mind the tourbillon version…but my wallet does.😤

My list

 By: E in PA : May 24th, 2024-01:38
A VC overseas no date gilt dial 38mm. . A Rolex Rootbeer GMT no date . PP 5196 steel bullseye 38mm . Milguass travel time no date steel 38mm . Reissue IWC Hermit 38mm bullseye . A Credor Eichi no date travel time

Rolex Explorer 1

 By: GuyT : May 24th, 2024-02:28
maybe in titanium but definitely with a white dial.

+2 very cool

 By: SALMANPK : May 24th, 2024-11:51

Rolex triple date moonphase with 100M water resistance...

 By: mdg : May 24th, 2024-03:23
38mm x 9mm would do. Yellow gold. Applied numbers and stars for markers, of course : ) ...

You sir, ask for too much!

 By: j.jota : May 24th, 2024-04:33
Surely the apocalypse would be upon us should your desire come to fruition ;-)

Duometre UTT tantalum case, black enamel dial, Duometre Rattrapante Chronograph, Blancpain Fifty Fathoms very close to the original, Tudor BB 54 GMT Tropical Dial with a ceramic bezel,

 By: amanico : May 24th, 2024-04:53
Ulysse Nardin Innovision, Girard Perregaux WW TC Enamel Dial, tantalum 40 mm case, no date, a true Breguet Type XX, and... Two or three WPS special editions... Best, Nicolas

Just thought of a good one...

 By: mdg : May 24th, 2024-05:04
...a classic Breguet tourbillon with no hole in the dial. Only visible from the back. Let's go 38-39mm x 8mm (thin). Manual wide of course. Choice of guilloche or grand feu enamel with hand-painted numerals and markers. I really am asking for the world : ...

YES!

The original 90s AP starwheel with a tantalum case

 By: andrea~ : May 24th, 2024-09:25
That would instantly become my grail watch

A VC Overseas in 38-39mm

 By: Derreck : May 24th, 2024-10:48
Preferably no date. I also wonder how that watch would look with normal lugs, just cut the inner part where the strap attaches to the case wider and put normal spring bars in it.

White dial Explorer.

 By: LarsG : May 24th, 2024-13:30
39 mm. VC Overseas in steel.

This is THE thread of 2024.

 By: Lankysudanese : May 24th, 2024-18:51
