I'm assuming that the poor resale value is correlated with poor brand awareness. And since resale value is poor, nobody is interested in the brand and that leads to lack of dealers and, therefore, poor brand awareness. Perhaps if the company invests in better brand awareness - advertising, expanded dealer network, etc - this situation will improve. GP certainly has some nice pieces and the quality seems to be there. There doesn't appear to be a good reason for them to languish the way they seem to be.
