Grits and Polenta are different. But EXTREMELY SIMILAR. Both are made of coarse ground cornmeal.

Itโ€™s slightly more liquid (if the specimen was any indication) and came with cheese mixed in (can do that with polenta as well of course) ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
