Grits and Polenta are different. But EXTREMELY SIMILAR. Both are made of coarse ground cornmeal.

It’s slightly more liquid (if the specimen was any indication) and came with cheese mixed in (can do that with polenta as well of course) πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ»
