They're going to be overcrowding the hospitals soon and soon people who need legitimate help from hospitals won't be able to get into an overcrowded hospital. Someone with a heart attack will not be able to get access to a hospital!

Indonesian curry is the best IMO, followed by singapore curry..

Indian curry is not for everyone's taste. It's great but the spice is too strong. My suggestion as indonesian : when using coconut milk, best to use fresh from coconut (pressed by hand) rather than instant (preserved) one. After pouring the coconut milk, ...

Yes i can confirm the slow cooking , simmering, of the coconut milk - much better result. The vegatables i use in a curry ( ussaly red curry) such a beanes or red paprika are stir fried

or cooked first to almost done because they will be in the simmering curry for a few more minutes. May i advise the following wine, Pinot Gris from Alsace by Hugel. Stands up really good with spices and creamy ( fish ) sauce. Very aromatic/fruity, not the...
