I took me a little while to figure it out. I thought it was in reference to the black & white colors. But somebody explained that if you look at the dial with the crown facing down, the main dial and subdial resemble a penguin. A very cool hidden aspect.
And a dream watch for me. Wear it in good health. May it bring many years of enjoyment!

If we think about Journe over the last two decades (2000s and 2010s) then I think many would say the defining watches of those decades were the Resonance and the Optimum. Obviously both were imagined well before their introduction and some will argue that...

I am not a huge Journe guy...
But this one, in particular, is absolutely fantastic. The black-dialed CO is truly an iconic watch and one that I think history will remember fondly. Congratulations on getting your grail, and I wish you the best of luck transitioning into this new phase ...

This iteration is one of my favorite Journes period.
Would love to own one on day. Had the pleasure of trying one on over the weekend -- love how the crown needs a little bit of oomph in order to wind.
