Wristcan 7th May: Verdict
Thanks to all who participated and shared wonderful stories and pictures of their watches.
As self appointed judge for the Watch of the Week, here are a couple of special mentions:
- Henry, and the incredible story of his Explorer, the kind of story that stays with you.
- KMII and his Doxa Sub 300 Searambler, a playful and endearing watch, for which I've always had a soft spot:
The winner, however, is JML with his absolutely superb Omega Memomatic, whose condition simply blew me away:

. . . for yours truly. Blue Ribbon goes to BigFatPauli for this evocative masterpiece . . . . . . of his Breguet. Second goes to terbaboom for this macro . . . . . . of his Breguet. Funny how diametrically opposed interpretations of the same manufacturer ...

These Breguet's were pretty high on the list of watch of the week as well, but I suspected they'd figure well in the static shot section.
