Ref. 5712 on the way out?
With the ref. 5712 left as the only (gent's) Nautilus that was not launched with a white dial this year at Basel World, I can't help considering if this ref. is on its way out of the collection. And IF it is leaving the production lines of Patek Philippe would it be because of the ref. 5726 which (in my book) is a way more "makes-total-sense" watch with annual calendar (day/date/month) and 24-hour indicator? Does this make the 5712 a lesser watch since it has to be regulated more often?
What say you?

I think the 5712 is one of their best selling watches and it isn't going anywhere. 5726 sales haven't been to great and they are giving it an update to boost sales. Two of my AD have the watch in stock for over a year now and can't move it. The 5712 can't...

It's an interesting complication with the 3/4 rotor movement, and an attractive asymmetric dial. The 5726 OTOH uses a PP workhorse movement, and aesthetically the dial looks like Clarence the Cross-Eyed Lion. It's a shame they couldn't have moved the mont...
Love the 5712...

I love the 5712. Only wished it were waterproof. The 60M water resistance is worrisome and if I owned one I wouldn't dare to even swim/shower, or even submerge the watch when cleaning it. Considering you already have one, I wouldn't care less or more if t...
