Beautiful piece. The escape wheel is yuge!
I was pretty excited about the FB3 as a simpler back to basics addition, saw some pre-release renders and viewed them at the launch. The design didn't quite resonate with me unfortunately but the detail and craftsmanship are impressive. I like the size, love the feel of the big beefy FB crown, really like the typography and design FB uses for their chapter rings. The one thing I think held me back was the extensive use of sand blasting. In person the chapter rings, the bridges, everything is blasted so it's a little more of a softer matte feel, the gray dial more than the gold, really nicely done I just personally like a little more bling/flash to the dial. Something to be seen in person for sure.

Has anyone here owned one of these watches? Thoughts? I love the design of pretty much everything from their lineup, but this one takes the cake for me and the sizing is quite reasonable vs their larger pieces. ...

FB are awesome imho...
...I haven't seen this one in person, but I wish the hands were easier to read against the dial background.
It's not that so much as the confusion of the hands against the patterns of the dial...
...my eyes aren't what they used to be, but even with reading glasses I don't want to work too hard to read the time.

I would have thought the frosting makes it shimmer. So it’s similar to the matte-ish frosting Breguet does on the tradition instead of something like the super shimmery Lm101 gold style frosting?
