I own the TLC (WGTA0011). I should also share a not-so-pleasant experience of this watch. Long story short, the watch stopped winding after less-than-three years of sporadic wearing (more like fewer than 10 times; who wears a dress watch during work from home in the pandemic anyway). Brought it back to Cartier, and they confirmed that it was indeed malfunctioning. They took it in. A few days later, they said the watch was ready for collection. I went there and they told me that the watch was able to be wound when it arrived at the workshop. For this same reason, they merely wiped it clean and then sent it back to the boutique (i.e., they did not open the watch). I was aghast. First, myself, as well as the Cartier representative, had confirmed the malfunction--and I am not a newbie to mechanical watches. Second, in all likelihood, the watch was opened. And given that a mechanical machine could not be self-corrected without intervention, then there must have been some prevarication going on at some point along the chain of service. Third and most importantly, if the watch had indeed been opened, then the owner should know for all the sensible reasons we all know. At that point, there was no way for me to pry anything out of the boutique staff nor the service staff they inquired--it was as if they had concerted the same statement beforehand. I had to just leave and later, wrote an email to the regional head of the service. There was no reply.
