The fact that all of the work on the case and bracelet is truly done by hand using hand held and controlled tools and not by a hand guiding a machine means to me it is truly hand engraved a rarity in today's world when hand made has many different meaning... 

TO be entirely objective, the hand engraving isn't exactly the type that requires the highest level of skill as say high-relief engraving on a curved surface In other words, a less-experienced engraver would be able to do the work. Although, it still take...

And still don't know when it will be fixed and shipped back to me. This is a one year old watch where the chrono second hand doesn't reset to zero. I think I am one and done with them.

Was the watch purchased new or used? Although, regardless of your answer to this question, the 9 months part is pretty bad.

I thought it might be made of meteorite. Knowing next to nothing about meteorite I'm wondering if it is possible to craft a bracelet from it. What would the challenges be? Cost? Machinability? Difficulty in obtaining sufficient quantities? Or maybe someon...

The material is theoretically workable to become a bracelet. Depending on the composition of the meteorite. The meteorites have the ductile properties of both stone and metal, so machinability is doable. There may be parts of the material that is brittle,... 

Yes I can see if the characteristics are inconsistent then it wouldn't be ideal for repetitive work. Good point. But they did a pretty good job of creating a texture similar to meteorite I think...even if that wasn't the objective!

The objective was to make something rock-like. Meteorite is basically a rock/metal from outer space. So I'd say you're very close!

Collaborating with architects and designers is the best way to enhance the Finissimo design, bringing the dial and bracelet to life in a whole new way.

Mo's pieces are AMAZING too. They've really made a lot of great pieces. But each edition is tiny. 360 for the Sejima? For worldwide consumption? That's low. Only 200 Tadao Andos in titanium. And only 150 of these pieces. And Mo's pieces are even smaller e...
