I am one of the watch lovers you mentioned who have a problem with white date windows not matching the dial. ☺️
BUT - as you wrote - here the design was made perfectly. The date window in addition to the shorter index on the right side is in perfect balance and harmony to the left marker. I like it!
I have no problem with the 41mm case size. But you are right: maybe 39 or 40mm would be an interesting alternative. 38mm would be too small for my very personal taste.

Forgot to mention, the 38mm GP Laureato also was on the list.
But theyy are not available here, and imported from overseas is nightmare with customs and tax; it just not worth it. Not to mention the service and repair problems because there is no GP dealer or service here.

Could not agree more. To be honest, the design not so bad IMHO, if they release it with quick release system, extra strap, and priced between 8K to 9K, i may buy it.
Meanwhile.....this beauty has not lost its charm ...

I have ordered a leather strap also. So i will have 3 different looks : sporty with rubber, elegant with leather, and luxury with bracelet.
