Not so sure about the Endurer.
I would regard the Athys Perpetual as a more appropriate selection for a "one-off" DR watch, as it features the classic case style of the brand. The Endurer was a departure for them, and actually I was not all that partial to it.
I really am concerned about the possibility of Bulgari "toning down" these two brands - especially GG. The new Octo Quadri-Retro is an ominous indicator. There's nothing wrong with it as such - it's a nice design - but its dial is far more sedate than anything seen on last year's releases.
Compare the above with the far more outré dial of the Arena Chrono Quattro Retro from 2006, which has the same basic functionality:
Like it or hate it,
that's a real GG watch.
Quite frankly I don't think the new Quadri-Retro's dial design came from the pens of the GG team, and I don't think such a watch would have ever seen the light of day under previous management.
