I see this is your first post! Welcome!

I'm normally very wary of first time posters posting a complaint. As many are just trying to vent their frustration and have no real contribution to our group. And many of these first-time posters eventually disappear as they were never looking to contribute to our group, only to announce their position. But your complaint is specific and your communication is very clear.
1. Obviously a video would be helpful. But this definitely sounds like something is wrong.
2. Automatic watches do make some rotor sounds, sometimes it even sounds like a slight scratching sound when the bearings rub each other. This could be normal or abnormal. I have seen a loose rotor on a Patek Philippe recently and it didn't make any noise, but I could see the rotor moving incorrectly through the sapphire case back.
3. If the bracelet is only warped when you're wearing the watch, but not when you aren't wearing the watch, then it's just likely you have a wrist with an inconsistent circumference. For instance, my wrist is slightly smaller toward the hand and larger towards the elbow. While this difference is small, it can be the explanation for what you're seeing.
