I think your photo is the earlier rotor style. And the new rotor is simply a polished surface with the Breguet script. My apologies!

The newer is completely polished The earlier are like the one I showed But it was possible there was even a more early version, I was not aware of it but I’m sure there is a lot I don’t know 😁

I want to say, there was another engraving style that was more floral, traditional, and curved. But I can't find the evidence. So maybe I'm mistaken.

I think Breguet quality shines through in what they produce and the quality of both dial and movement finishing is second to none. Marc

Rotors are useful as also esthetic beauty. The one on your Breguet is fabulous, the whole Breguet is fabulous. I found the clean and simple Miyota as greatest in my collection. It is only there to wind up the mainspring, and in a way i like that Japanese ...
