To repair the damage, it's necessary to disassemble it and use a laser to fill the dent and polish it differently, as it has many sharp edges; it's a job that's neither easy nor cheap.

Ouch! This is not acceptable.
This flaw should have been noticed before the watch is handed over to you. The dent is too deep to polish off, they should probably take the watch back give you a refund or provide an exchange.

Clearly something happen to that watch, maybe someone at the retailer damaged it at some point.

Return it to retailer immediately. This is on them. Clearly. Never leave Breguet manufacture like that. Get what you paid for. Don’t take “no” for an answer. Social media is powerful. They don’t want a bad image.
And also be firm that you don’t want a
“Repaired” watch! You bought and paid for a new watch. Not one that has to be refinished.

if it's me, I ask for a refund and run as fast as I can away from this AD. very unprofessional to hand over a watch to a customer in this condition, to say the least.

Hi. I examined the watch before buying it
but it was under a “plastic” so it was impossible to notice those dents. I can’t blame nobody for sure and, in heart, I don’t mind who is “guilty”. I only hope a fair end to this situation. 😀😀

I hope they don’t blame delivery. Were they in the pictures you saw of the watch ? I’m guessing no but maybe they didn’t share that angle. Maybe a message to the AD and breguet corporate so they know or can intervene if needed.

Not acceptable at all. And the only remedy is to replace it with a brand new watch.
I guess it’s from dealer handling it for long time in/out its display.
