Since the watch is still under warranty…
and it seems to be really bothering you, why not bring it back to the AD to get them to take a look.
Does Swatch have a service center in your area? If it is just removing a speck of dust, quite unlikely the watch needs to be send back to Swiss. And if it is a dent, guess you would want to get it fixed while still under warranty.
My experience with the Swatch group svc center in my country is pretty good. However in my case, all the watches had to be sent back to Swiss (4 BP and 2 Omega) for full service that could not be undertaken locally.

Yeah. This is exactly the thing I'd fear.
My watch is currently sitting at an average delta of +0.1s/d. Its highest deviation is +2.1s/d and lowest is -1.6s/d. I don't want to lose out on that kind of accuracy for a tiny piece of dust. I'll bide my time, I think.
