Franck Muller only had one new watch to launch; its main presentation of new products will be at WPHH during Baselworld. The watch shown was a ladies’ jewellery timepiece, the Infinity, available in two versions, the Infinity Curvex and the Infinity Ellipse, the difference being the shape of the dial, which is either tonneau or oval. Some of them are also available with a large stone set into the dial at 6 o’clock.
Infinity Curvex
Both are available in a variety of styles, including set with black diamonds on a black PVD-coated case.
Infinity Ellipse
These are fine examples of ladies’ high jewellery but I would get rid of the oddly placed crown at 2 and have a recessed crown instead so as not to spoil the lines of the case.
And here are some random Franck Muller models that I like. As always, the dial work is excellent, the colours and details of the dials are terrific.
One of my favourite FM models has always been the double face chronograph, which was created by Franck Muller himself years ago. Putting the various chronograph scales on the back should leave the dial uncluttered, but the great minds at FM have decided to fill it up with pointless text in huge font.
Double face chronograph is in reference to the counter on the back with various scales
And a photo of a Mystery Hour to conclude; this one is not so much to my taste though.
