When I first got it I drove it on the beach late at night and it took me a few hours and a fortune to wash all the crap off/from under it. Sand everywhere.
Caked mud would probably be worse. From then on, I decided to pass on the mud adventures.
I decided this is the "old guy" version. I never even took the top off of this one.
I had this one a number of years earlier (1987) that I was a bit crazier with.
My Jeep turns 21 this coming year, and It just sits around the garage, won't get a job, won't even go out in the rain...
I've talked to it, pleaded with it and...nothing. What's a person to do? I even thought about military school but apparently they won't take Jeeps any more. ...

That's a nice situation to be in. This is sort of sought after in that it's a 2005 Unlimited (YJ).
The 2004-2006 were the only long wheelbase 2 doors that Jeep made I think.
What it’s missing is plenty of mud and a good road trip story 😁🏁🌏

Probably 90% of my driving was back and forth to the hockey rink and around Sonoma/Napa wine country when I lived there.
Now around LA it's down to the beach with the bikes on the back. I know....I'm a Jeep owning disgrace. lol
No regret being over-prepared when it comes to cars or watches.
