Never owned one but drove one back from Italy to the UK, Rome to London.
It is not something I would ever want to do again, my left leg was in pain and took nearly two weeks to recover from and at the time i was very fit. I get you could fit a rear view camera not so sure what hack you could make for the clutch though. I used to drive a friend's DeTomaso Mangusta that was road/race prepared and that had a racing clutch that was heavy but nothing near as bad as the Lambo's was.

Lovely things from a time when hand crafting cars (beating panels, fitting, etc) were the norm.
What they lack in horsepower, they probably make up for with originality.

The clutch and reversal issues were highlighted in a couple of YouTube reviews. Plenty of hacks for both, IMHO
