Not sure about new one. Looks militarish to me.

Well compared to modern vans, it has a lot of charm. But when you touch to an icon, it is always risky, I agree.

I always hoped that a brand would make a nice high-performance van. RWD, 300-400 horsepower. It doesn't need to have high ground clearance (that'd make it an SUV). Mercedes-Benz made a high performance R63 AMG, but that didn't feel quite right. Today, a h...

I know virtually nothing about cars but I do know that growing up in the UK in the 1970s and 1980s, Citroen owned the streets when it came to style. I look twice whenever they tap their rich history.

You are right, with sometimes wonderful creatures, such as the 2 CV, the DS and the SM, sometimes well, not too inspired. But always with a strong identity.

Yes those cars lit up the streets of my childhood. The modern DS is nothing near as distinctive and some will say it’s a real step down. Still, it does its own thing in the right measure for me.

I should add that I’m quite taken by modern iterations of classics like this. The EV version of the VW minibus is a thrilling example. Orange too. Not sure if it’s made it to production yet.
