And yes they solved the issue. Big question is should the issue be just “solved”? At 30k a piece having such a defect is borderline acceptable, sending it back right away for 2 months is quite frustrating, and then not having any info on what the “upgrade” contains is just ridiculous. I’m actually more upset by the arrogant / ignorant attitude of the Zurich boutique (owned by Bucherer). I know I’m not a “big fish” for AP by any mean but they make it a bit too obvious that they don’t care
