Thank you for pointing out those very valid points. I think the 15202 is great, but yes a second hand is nice. But the lack of the second hand is nice too. Less movement, making the watch more sedate.
Both the Royal Oak and the Nautilus are great. If you like the blue dial on the Nautilus and like the shape of the case (yes, the bracelet does have more polish), then you should consider that piece too. The Nautilus is a great blend of elegant casual. It's a sports watch that is extremely elegant. The Royal Oak is as well, naturally.

I think when you looking at all of them together, you will prefer a white dial because it feels like giving you more variety of choices. But remember, when you wear, you only wear 1 at a time. So I think it really comes down to which one grows on you more...
