Indeed the journey is often more valuable than the ultimate goal.
Although I must admit that building my company was quit a journey, but when we sold it lock stock and barrel (thus arrived at destination so to speak) the reward was quit welcome as well haha.
Speaking of ALS, I more a fan of the more traditional series the 1815 series. Especially the annual calendar and the one with time only plus power reserve.
Somehow I’m more drawn towards the classical looks. But that applies to other brands as well.
The Lange 1 is a watch I admire not so much for the way it looks but for how Mr Lange used the design to bring the brand back to live. I admire it as a token of how well he played that game.
I hope you understand what I’m trying to say.

I am in love with the Grand Lange 1 Moon Phase.

CR, I concur the L1’s lume is better than my PAM
PAM 959 that is. Arbitrarily it is about 30% better, and both were not charged up. Kinda disappointed in the PAM to be honest.
