I’m glad we share the same perspective on the Luminous. It really does have that casual and sporty look to it. But I will have no issues dressing up with it too. You are so right on the Grande Lange 1 version. What I do not like is how the date window “intrudes” into the two sub dials — a bit of a disruption to the overall harmony.
As for the lume, I have not tried to charge it with super bright light. But maybe I’ll try tonight. To be honest I’ve been wearing it to bed the past few nights LOL. The lume is fantastic !! The intensity is moderate but adequate. Some other watches drop their luminosity faster but I feel there is great consistency with the lume on my L1. Will let you know how it fairs up versus my Panerai!

CR, I concur the L1’s lume is better than my PAM
PAM 959 that is. Arbitrarily it is about 30% better, and both were not charged up. Kinda disappointed in the PAM to be honest.
