BUT an alarm is a totally different story in terms of everyday practicity.
And i feel that there is plenty of room to develop an alarm movement at the level of creativity and quality that we love Lange for.
I'm thinking of something capable of making history as much as the Lange 1, Datograph or Zeitwerk in other fields.

That the Zeitzone cheapens the brand? It is also a "less noble" complication offered as a different solution from what others had done before, and with the Lange DNA. Fine for me.

It is a complex complication... if you propose an innovative and a different solution, why do you think it would "cheapen" the brand? Didn't have this feeling with UN and HW! Fx

The alarm is an especification (Untermerkmal ¿?) for tool watches. I think Lange is another thing, is much more.

doesn t cheapen but enrich the brand. certainly the striking Zeitwerk was a faux pas,so Lange shot already itself ion the foot with that first step into ding dong watches. Maybe a very clever alarm would have been a better first step,dont you think? Mo
