I have the same problem as you; my wrist is quite narrow...
The watch looks a bit big for your wrist but I think you can get away with it because it has a sporty look. You can also cheat by putting a slightly thicker strap (not too thick as it can affect the lugs and spring bars in the long term). Thicker strap hides the fact that the lugs slightly overhang. It is a beautiful watch and I think you should go for it.
Not a big fan of Roger Dubuis. As case sizes is something significant for you, why not the following:
- Vacheron Constantin Les Historiques chrono 47101 - Blancpain Villeret 6185 (you have a model in white gold and copper dial which is truly gorgeous) - Ulysse Nardin monopusher 386-22? Best wishes Alkiro

Yes, it is a little too large. The solution, however, is easy.
Get a bigger wrist. Do some simple hand-strength exercises every day.
It is a bit big, IMO...but hard to say no to this one.
If it's comfortable, then still consider whether its size might work for you (e.g., too big for a dress watch, but it may work as a more casual watch). The 1815 black dial chrono is a great piece. Cheers, John
