Dear Marcus , I find myself experiencing the same feelings as you . As many times I see a dog on the street my beloved Neo comes to mind and I have to fight back my tears .
Yes they become part of us and when they live us , we loose that part , and it can never be replaced . Thank you so much for the kind words and sympathy!

This is the hardest part of being a guardian to a dog the fact that they are with us for such a relatively short time I must say though making it to 14 years is quite remarkable in itself for a large breed dog. Was he a Dogo Argentino? as its hard to tell...
He was a mix between Dogo Argentino and American Bulldog as I’ve been told by the vet. I found him abandoned on the street as a two month old puppy. He had good long life for his size...
